Acapulco - Downstairs

This is our second time to stay there. It is greatly improved from the first in cleanliness and kitchen needs. We love the proximity to the beach and how quiet the little neighborhood is. The bathtub faucet needs to be repaired and we could have used more bath towels for the amount of people. We brought extras because of last time. We plan to come back in the future.

This property was perfect for what we needed, it was just as beautiful as the pictures and just 100 yards from the water

This is a perfect spot for the budget friendly traveler with a champagne taste. You get the beach view without the price tag. Go for an early morning beach stroll and be back before the family wakes up, or go back and forth to the beach throughout the day to rest from the sun and still get out again for a sunset walk. It’s about a minute walk to the beach from the front door. Don’t forget to bring your wagon, beach chairs and umbrella for a fabulous day at the beach. A helpful hint, order your groceries to be delivered from Walmart or Kroger.

The location near the beach was great. The home was professionally cleaned and initially smelled great. The decor was cute! There is no soundproofing between the upstairs and downstairs units. The tenant above had dogs who walked frequently and every footstep or suitcase rolling could be heard below. Beach houses sometimes have a strange septic odor and this one did as well. The unit needs work in the bathtub. There weren’t many extras like games, bring your own! It wasn’t terrible but I definitely don’t think this home was built for two units to be listed.

It is a great location, the house itself is in very rough shape. Positive: location Negative: moldy smell in house & mattress, no window screens, very few dishes, 2 forks, cooking pots & pans badly scratched old non-stick, laundry room gross, shower curtain moldy at folds.
