Acapulco - Downstairs

The location near the beach was great. The home was professionally cleaned and initially smelled great. The decor was cute! There is no soundproofing between the upstairs and downstairs units. The tenant above had dogs who walked frequently and every footstep or suitcase rolling could be heard below. Beach houses sometimes have a strange septic odor and this one did as well. The unit needs work in the bathtub. There weren’t many extras like games, bring your own! It wasn’t terrible but I definitely don’t think this home was built for two units to be listed.

It is a great location, the house itself is in very rough shape. Positive: location Negative: moldy smell in house & mattress, no window screens, very few dishes, 2 forks, cooking pots & pans badly scratched old non-stick, laundry room gross, shower curtain moldy at folds.

We had a very relaxing getaway weekend and enjoyed the beach. Only a short walk and not very crowded. Had everything one would need in the house.

The place was clean, but i had 4 kids complaining the whole time anout internet

Place was great and clean. Only problem was that the oven seemed to have problems but host sent over someone to take care of it.
