Galveston Seawall Close to Attractions! Remodeled!

We will never revisit this property. Positive: The inside of the property was beautiful. Negative: Very limited kitchen supplies. When I asked the manager for a coffee pot, as it was missing on the first day. Nothing regarding the coffee pots was ever fixed during our stay. Athough I complained and sent pictures. The backyard was a mess, and the furniture was broken and full of mold. The property was advertised as such a relaxing back yard and it is not. A “motion” light stayed on from dusk to dawn which lite up the entire back yard. No way to turn off.

Great for a short stay with pets Positive: A very cute stay for 2 nights. The artwork and other upgrades were very beachy. The area was quiet. Just what we needed after a night at a hotel where doors were being slammed up until midnight. Had an enclosed backyard for our dogs. Would definitely stay here again for 2 nights, but not longer due to limited items. Negative: The outside wasn't much to look at but who cares? Backyard could have used some cleaning before our arrival but no big deal. Kitchen items were limited, no coffee pods but a keurig, no pot either. Couch and main chair needs cleaning or new upholstery. We just threw a couple bed sheets over them and it was fine

Awful - would have left immediately if this stay wasn’t a work trip Positive: Location Negative: Rat droppings on couch and kitchen counter. Found several live roaches. There were bugs in both beds. The dishwasher didn’t work and was leaking dirty water all over the kitchen floor. The host said someone would come to fix the dishwasher several times but that didn’t happen. They sent a cleaning crew but no exterminator as requested and refused to refund anything. We had to clear palm branches just to enter the front door when we arrived. Backyard was unusable. The fire alarms in both bedrooms were removed. The only redeeming quality was the location but I recommend looking elsewhere to find a more comfortable and sanitary place to stay.

Positive: The Location was fabulous and the house was perfect Negative: The coffee maker didn’t function properly and the toaster didn’t work. Upgrade some small amenities and it would be a 10 Maybe also Time to steam clean the couch and chair!
